2. Our organization aims to provide quality learning services to everyone. 
3. When one teacher is not available we try to replace him or her with another teacher of equivalent merit. It is only when we fail to offer a service that we provide a refund. 
4. If you choose to discontinue our services for your personal reasons refund cannot be initiated in such cases
5. If you fail to learn the basic lessons or if you do not show any improvement in the skill you signed up for then we offer a refund when the course has been concluded.
